Lead the design and development of advanced composite products, from concept to commercialization.• Oversee material selection, structural analysis, and manufacturing process optimization (e.g., autoclave molding, resin infusion, RTM).• Extensive knowledge of resin systems (Phenolic, Epoxy, etc.), adhesives, fibers, prepreg materials, and their applications.• Develop and implement scalable, efficient, and quality-driven manufacturing processes.• Oversee testing and validation of composite products, ensuring compliance with industry standards.• Develop innovative solutions leveraging structural analysis, material behavior, and manufacturing techniques.• Drive R&D efforts in composite materials, technologies, and applications.• Build and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering innovation and technical excellence.• Ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum 10+ years preferably in Aerospace, Automotive, or Composite Industry• Deep expertise in composite materials, including carbon fiber, glass fiber, and hybrid materials.• Knowledge of CAD, FEA, and simulation tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS, Abaqus).• Experience with manufacturing processes like autoclave curing, vacuum bagging, RTM, and prepreg layup.• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
