Roles & Responsibility

IT Recruitment (70%)

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle overseas hiring, with a strong focus on Japan and other international markets.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
  • Utilize various job portals, LinkedIn, and networking channels to identify the right talent.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when needed.
  • Conduct pre-employment assessments and background verifications.

HR Generalist Responsibilities (30%)

  • Manage and implement Performance Management Systems (PMS) for recruiters.
  • Define and track Key Result Areas (KRAs) for the recruitment team to enhance productivity.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and HR operations.
  • Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Support HR business partnering initiatives and work closely with senior leadership.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on IT recruitment.
  • Experience in overseas recruitment (Japan preferred) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of PMS, KRAs, and performance evaluation methods.
  • Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and overseas hiring trends.
  • Hands-on experience in using job portals, social media hiring, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
