 Handling West region operations of opening Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs).  Get the legal paperwork done with concerned authorities for site closure and initiate work.  Supervise vendors strongly for Civil Interior & branding work with end-to-end executions.  Be a front face for the brand to connect with property owners, and mall management and facilitate work for vendors.  Coordinate with Architects, Design team for design closure and take necessary approvals from the concerned authorities to execute.  Finalize BOQ and suggest improvements in BOQ to optimize cost effectively as per budgets.  Negotiate with multiple vendors to compare competitive quotes and finalize vendors for execution.  Prepare Gantt Chart and follow up on a day-to-day basis on the progress of work and ensure the work is completed as per the fit-out period.  Facilitate Board Fit outs on time and inspection by concerned authorities.  Do VM planning, Stock merchandising, stationaries, and Housekeeping arrangements.  Align branding of the EBOs as per the BOQ and arrange PROP item displays.  Ensure quality of work is well executed by vendors to give an aesthetic look & feel of the EBO and is a pleasant experience to the customers.

 Strong technical knowledge of CAD-Drawings, Interior civil works & branding elements.  Hard core negotiation skills as per BOQ decided  Strong connections with vendors across the West region and other parts of the country.  Ability to lead the project in front  Take ownership and must have leave & lock approach towards the project.
