Roles & Responsibility

1. Align business strategy and objectives to people strategy, goals, and objectives with an aim to drive business results 2. Work on improving employee engagement, leading to increased morale, productivity and higher retention rates. 3. Provide guidance on talent management, workforce strategies, organization design and reward and recognition in partnership to meet business imperatives 4. Organize skip level meets, staff 1:1s, exit interviews. Analyze findings, arrive at and implement next steps and follow those to closure. 5. Work with the Talent Acquisition team to enable us to recruit the right talent for each role. 6. Advise leaders on continuous performance management, provide guidance with performance improvement plans and play a key role in managing employee grievances. 7. Conduct investigations in response to a range of employee concerns, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace violence, and other violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures 8. Apply conflict resolution techniques to help employees solve interpersonal or other situational conflicts 9. Work closely with business leaders to develop and implement engagement strategies for employees. 10. Design and implement internal campaigns and events [employee caring/wellness/festivals] to boost engagement and bring our core values to life. 11. Manage internal communications channels scenes (i. e. Town Halls/All Hands) that facilitate and fuel our community's connection to our mission values 12. Create and analyze event evaluations and prepare post-event reports. 13. Drives quarterly and annual employee pulse survey 14. Support and Drive M&A along with Change Management initiatives

Requirements

• Understanding or ability to comprehend Telcom/Hi Tech/Digital or adjacent businesses • Working knowledge of budget/finance modelling, data analytics/heuristics and behavioural economics • Expert mentorship, motivational and leadership skills • Strong orientation to team culture and cross-functionality • Outstanding communication and presentation skills • Excellent organization and eye for detail Qualifications • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability Academics & Experience • Master’s degree in social sciences/HR from leading social sciences grad school; an MBA will be plus • 6 + years of equivalent & relevant experience
