Roles & Responsibility

Associate - Sales will be responsible for interacting with the various stakeholders while maintaining the due credibility of Phable and its offerings. The candidate should be willing to put in the desired working hours to meet the targets. Candidates should be comfortable interacting with users across the platform as per the requirement. ABOUT THE ROLE: ● The person will be responsible for driving overall Phable revenue & growth in the revenue category. ● Will work closely with central growth, business & ops teams to contribute to the growth and drive new initiatives through direct involvement (calls and virtual interactions) with end-users. ● The person will be responsible for understanding customers specific needs by connecting with them regularly and will be coordinating in customizing the services according to their needs. ● Own and drive the timely execution of daily sales operations by working in synergy with the team members. ● Reaching the set expectations in terms of daily, weekly and monthly performance. ● Maintaining personal MIS with timely updates.

Requirements
