Role description: As a Product manager, you will play a pivotal role in Stockal’s journey to make Global equity investing easily accessible and affordable to all Indians living in both India and overseas. You will be conceptualizing and executing ideas that creates value for both traders and long-term investors. The job will involve understanding the system and contributing to create the data flow and business design. We are looking for Product managers with expertise and experience in managing a web and mobile app product from FinTech / Broking / Investment management background. The role involves continuous collaboration with team, partners. Responsibilities Define and execute on the vision and roadmap for the product. Communicate roadmap to key stakeholders including but not limited to Sales, Engineering, executive leadership and above all, Customers Write product functional requirement specifications. Work with the clients, client delivery teams, platform leadership team to gather, synthesize and evaluate the requirements. Develop documentation capturing the same in the form of the product requirements document Groom the requirements into specific user stories and tasks and capture into JIRA. Help plan the weekly / bi-weekly sprints and platform releases. Interface with various pods to create holistic sprint plans. Communicate the stories and tasks to the Engineering team Work very closely with the Engineering team to plan and track features and releases, including implementation details and trade-offs Ensure that the key platform features and functionalities are working end-to-end as expected in every release Understand the nuances of business problems in the corporate payment’s domain, quickly grasp the decision imperatives, and translate those into the value proposition of the platform Evangelize Incedo’s payments platform through blogs, social media platforms and industry

Qualifications: Product management experience in corporate (B2B / B2C) fintech/Investec companies with good exposure to: Digital wallets; Real-time payment rails in US; Cross border payments, Capital Markets; or Share trading platforms Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced start-up environment Experience in planning, initiating and executing cross-team scrums and agile methodologies Be able to work with & bring together several internal leadership level stakeholders, find congruence from within the apparent contrast, and be able to rally the cause in all circumstances Excellent written communication skills - drafting blogs and while papers, and presentations/decks for propositions, point-of-views, and proposals. Excellent verbal communication - succinct and precise way of engaging senior stakeholders Strong end product orientation, and multi-tasking: ability to make micro progress every day on several simultaneous tasks leading to significant contributions over a period of time Engineering with MBA or Masters with a strong quantitative focus Data-driven decision maker – understand how users are using the product and how to measure short-term and long-term success using meaningful metrics. Problem-solving mindset - identify user and business problems and use technology to solve them efficiently. Understanding of how systems / products are built and how they work in the backend Proficient with MS Excel Prior experience in understanding and working with APIs
