 SAP TM Functional expert  1.Implementation Experience: The candidate should have experience in implementing SAP TM, including requirement gathering and blueprinting. 2.Design Experience: Mandatory design experience is essential. This involves designing solutions and processes within the SAP TM framework. 3.Process Flow Charts: The candidate should be proficient in creating process flow charts, which help visualize and document transportation processes. 4.Testing Experience: Experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is necessary. 5.Client Handling: Having experience in client interaction and management is beneficial. 6.SAP TM Knowledge: oMaster Data & CIF: Understanding of master data and Core Interface (CIF) in SAP TM. oOrder Management: Proficiency in handling transportation orders. oPlanning: Knowledge of profile-based and optimizer-based planning. oLoad Optimization: Understanding load optimization techniques. oFreight Order Management: Managing freight orders. oIntermodal and Multimodal Scenarios: Familiarity with different transportation modes. oCarrier Selection & Optimization: Selecting carriers efficiently. oTendering: Managing tender processes. oFreight & Forwarding Settlement: Handling financial aspects. oTM Conditions and BRF+: Configuring transportation conditions and business rules. 7.Integration: oIntegrating SAP eWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and SAP EM    (Event Management) with SAP TM. oHands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA Embedded TM. 8.Master Data Management: oInstrumental in managing SAP TM master data, including products, business partners, dangerous goods, transportation network, and resources (vehicles, trailers, handling units). 9.Additional Skills: oWorking with IDOCs and output management through PPF (Post Processing Framework). oProven track record of successful SAP TM implementation projects. oStrong knowledge of transportation and logistics processes. oProficiency in SAP TM configuration, including transportation planning and carrier selection. oExperience with SAP TM integration across other SAP modules and third-party systems. oEvent Management expertise. oProficiency in Package Building and Freight Unit Building enhancements. oHandling Minor & Major Releases and interpreting issues during releases. oHands-on experience in various transportation scenarios (Domestic Inbound,
